Issue with Granade launcher. Player+Speed+poison of enemy granade= Player+no speed till death.

Ever since the PUBLIC servers came down from the shutdown, ping has raised to 220 at best, preddy bad compared to the 160-170 that used to have, weird part is that my ping on Convict's server and all the #ipug servers ping is good (165-172).

Only issue I have is that I get kicked by ace during the checks (something like that) I had it once before a long time ago, but nothing I have experience now for awhile until yesterday.
