Who is the idiot that goes by the name as KnoW?

Just wondering, was derping around in the insta server trying to get in populated, jou joined and we were messing around waiting for more players, then annabella joins and we were playing 1v2 waiting for other players to join.

Then KnoW joins, starts laming the other team, jou leaves being bored of being lamed, I was afking for 5 minutes waiting for another player to join other team. Next map it's a 1v2 so he decides to start spawn killing, annabella saw that I got annoyed at the idiot and went to spec.
He then said I deserved it, then left lol.

I've seen him laming other games the other day, but I've had some problems with demos forcing 60fps since I''ve installed XC_Engine, I tried the demo manager on this site, but I get "Can't find file '' " error, so I haven't been able to report him yet.

He's from Italy, right? Seems to pug a lot, a decent player.
