    He doesn't use a VPN. The mod that determines the location (flag) is retrieving inaccurate data from whatever API it uses. His MAC address(es) and HWID(s) also make him easily identifiable, which typically isn't the case when using a VPN.

    I am not using a vpn. As i have explained many times, my isp purchased an ip range from the UK! I guess internet either does not care more about locations of ips, and thus dont update often, or my isp is lazy. But with the freeflow of ips these days, i guess its more of a mayhem with more or less chanses for alot more to get a wrong nation flag, when an isp needs a new iprange... I really dont know tho.
