    Game precision problems

    I was wondering why sometimes the game play seems really smooth and the aim and precision is perfect and why other times it seems like you're driving a bus and there is no precision or aim in your shots. I guess there are many variables right? Now I've seen "cookies" come up, like you got cookies, does this have anything to do with precision/aim?

    Now I've tried a couple of gaming mice but it makes things worse, too sensitive. The only mouse that works for me is an old Dell M-UVDEL1, I actually found an extra one at a thrift store.

    System specs;
    i7 4790
    Win 8.1
    Intel HD graphics- I tried an MSI GTX 760 but saw no difference so I stuck with intel HD graphics as I dont really do any new gaming.

    Any tips specifically on a mouse will be greatly appreciated since I cant seem to find a newer one that works.

    In game cookies do not affect your aim lol
    If you want more precision you should probably have a good screen and play at a high resolution, if your not already, and of course buy a good mouse.

    Mosewise its really about what mouse is more comfortable, any modern gaming mouse is probably more precise than ypur thrift store dell mouse
    I have played with logitech mice for a while, favourite one probably being g500

    Get a decent gaming mouse, would recommend g400s.. You probably put the dpi on max and it felt to sensitive, put dpi level to either 400/800/1500dpi and 1000hz and then adjust the sensitivity ingame. Get a cloth mouse pad aswell.

    I'm sat in spec, I can see your ping and packet loss jumping all over the place, that's what's causing the problem.

    rofl start there first, then start with gaming monitor get the gtx760 back, get a gaming mouse like g400s g500 or go razer deathadder or razer mamba 4g and also get a cloth pad, change dpi to low (600 - 1600) or higher (2400 - max) depending on how you like to aim and also change crosshair scaling so that you have to aim more precise instead of having a massive blob of a crosshair, lastly change in game mouse sense the more comfortable you get with shooting and accuracy so that you get to the point where its not possible to go any lower as your aim is perfect

    Dude. Like I told you in the server when you brought this up: You need to dunk your cookies in milk before you eat them. They're so much better that way.

    This is a result of bad internet or uploading while using a connection.

    I have great internet service and never have connections problems. Might be the kids watching Roku/Netflix/Hulu then.
