I see the problem now, sprite excess.

This is either caused by excess particles or simply the game engine not properly clearing expired effects.
    Try this:
    Options > Enable Show Desktop.
Everytime your FPS drops, press ESC, wait 2 or 3 seconds for the engine to clear expired effects and press ESC again to keep playing.

My desired frame-rate is 28 FPS only. I thought that while increasing the desired frame-rate will start consuming more memory of my GPU which may cause some poor performance. So I didn't. But according to your thinking if its necessary to change then I will do it.

BTW! I have gone through Adrian UT file. According to her file I going to recheck my performance by putting desired frame-rate at 70 FPS.

nah, your pc is low end performance, you lag on the maps I made and only a poor computer or old laptop would struggle, sounds the same situation but with some sort of backlog making it worse than usual as Higor pointed out.

    It's still worrying.
In the IG US server the sprite count never exceeds 100.
In the combo server it goes above 600 at some points... up to 900 as in adrian's screenshot.

    Something's not working right.

Lolll!!! Well I don't think that problem causes only because of low PCs or Laptop. Here, my PC configurations:
    • Operating System: Windows 8 Pro
    • Motherboard: Intel DB75EN
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-3450 (3.1GHz)
    • Memory (RAM): 8GB
    • Video/Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
    • LED Screen: Samsung 22" (Full HD)

    So, what u say now?
