try entering the address to download what you ask the server but no idea what the problem could someone give me the file in question is?

That's probably just a bug with ACE. Sometimes it thinks files are missing when they're not. Did you try reconnecting immediately after?

I normally get that bug if I play at 600x480 with open gl, just have to keep a back up of the file to replace it even though its exactly the same.
