    I check the servers for restarts every day. They restart when empty at off peak times, automatically. The time you requested reboots the servers were packed.

    Got a new at&t modem the other day everytime I play UT I lag extremely bad soon as I stop no lag only when i join a server online in UT something is up with my modem either something is being blocked like ports or something else is interfering with it shit is fucking frustrating man I have no clue what to change to fix it...

    Can we continue this in this topic?

    I have serious problems with my connection too and are clueless what causes it. The best idea so far I got from your post is to order a new modem tomorrow.
    Also, thanks for the of .ini's you shared lately trough the forum.

    It's the modem causing it and its only UT it does it to playing offline is fine if I play any online server my ping is over 200 with PL. New modem won't fix this seeing as at&T will send me the same modem like the one I just got.
