Kick/Ban Speedhack

Hey guys, I was playing as Tetracanthus tonight and got banned for 3 matches for a "Speedhack". I know 3 matches is no big deal but I'm not using any hack, tweak or anything else. When I first started playing here a couple weeks ago ace kept kicking me randomly. According to TIMTIM It was my game speed. So on his suggestion, I updated my OpenGL drivers and capped my frame-rate at 80fps and I haven't had a problem with ace since then. Is there something else that could be causing an issue? I'm running on Linux v436.

I was the one who banned you, someone confirmed the speedhack in our mod section, not to mention 2 weeks ago had 2 mods spectating u and the fact that you were moving so fast for just a second was noticeable. But I'll ask the admins-Unbanned

I thought I had my game-speed issues fixed. idk I just lowered my frame rate cap to 60fps. If that doesn't help I don't know what else to try.

Thanks for the info, I am running an older amd 6 core cpu @2.8ghz. I downloaded the XC_Game Engine and I'll try it if lowering the frame-rate doesn't work.

The weird thing is since I capped the frame-rate the game seems really smooth and stable, I don't feel any changes in speed while playing. The only issues I have are hitting high ping players, but that seems like normal zp play.
