    Witness Testimony: Observed him connecting and removing a couple things... then proceeded to remove anything he could get to before I spec'd him.. then banned him ...

    I considered that before rendering the verdict, also that I've seen Vodka playing before recently and did not seem to be any sort of a problem and a team player ... so it may have been a sibling or a child.
