Til' yesterday, i have no issues with that but today seems to be there's a dwarf f*cking me:
I had UT added in all the excepcions (windows's firewall and NOD32) and im not using any other firewall.
I disabled the both programs and still kicking me out.
My chilean internerd goes OK (40mbps) and works great with UT but idk why this is happening (1st time w/ this issue).
I tried typing netspeed 20000, 10000, and every another number and still kicking me :B
Any ideas?

It's not the first time it is happening to you. As it happened to you before, did you made any new changes lately? New ISP??

My ISP is ok, i was in YT and playing D2LOD meanwhile.
And, idk but maybe Allah' loves me cause the error was autofixed like 1 hour ago.
Is a little bit weird, but anyways.

After several months, still happening this sh*t.
I can play in other servers with Ace, but with OnS every game i had this problem...
Anyone can see in logs or something what is going wrong with me?

How about can you post a MTR log? It can explain a lot on where the connection is going nuts.

I have been unable to pinpoint the issue, he doesn't timeout in any other server at all, including Cham's and my own pc UT.

I guess that isnt a ISP problem. We tested some things with @Higor in other servers and i didn't have timeouts in these.
In the uk Instagib sv didn't have problems too but with OnS have timeouts all the time. Sometimes i can play like few months ago but most of the times i have timeouts.
If this info works too, i'd reinstalled many times the UT folders, trying with portables, original discs and copied disks.
