    Are you running multi core fix or highperf mode?

    A core 2 duo will run ut better....

    I've tried multicore UT (ie Chicken's copy), Unreal Killers copy, HD Res copy, and many others. I have also turned off cores in task manager by setting affinity. Recently I bought an online copy from GOG just to have a stock version of the game. I always find after a few months the game gets slower. So I reload a fresh copy and it's fast again. Currently my game is running okay, just wondering if a pro (not me!) with an i7 processor would have an advantage over a pro with an i3 chip, for example. Or, if someone who always played this game on an old dual or quad core noticed a difference when they upgraded to a new computer with an i3/i5/i7 chip.

    Its down to user setup. Ive found an older cpu will run ut better. The OS also makes a difference
