All Insta servers are showing as down to me

although i found another UK Insta servers in the servers lists.. did it change ip maybe?

Odd - i can see a UK server in my Favs and in the Server list, with players - i try to add, it takes me to a UK server, but with no people - Panel says its redirecting me to 185.16.85.10:7777 but it doesnt.... same map as well which is odd!! but with no players and for the life of me i cant get on the server i see with the same people LOL any ideas?
