I have my Logitech G5 for 9 years now, the laser is dying which is not weird considering years of usage,if you move the mouse slowly on high dpi the cursor jitters all over the place ,somehow im used to it and still play fine . Im going to buy a new one soon ,when i upgrade to 144 hz ,still dont know which mouse should i go for that is similar to the G5 since i love it so much...

I had my Razer Diamondback for over 10 years. The cord was spliced together twice and the mousewheel was broken but the sensor was still the best I've ever used. I could still use it but I switched to a G502 because I missed having a scrollwheel lol.

My current mouse is a G502, you can't go wrong with it tbh, I've used some stupidly low sens ~ 1 meter for 180, you can flick it around long distances and it tracks perfectly.

I've bought 4 mouse in the last year.

MX 518, good mouse but I don't like how it feels with the glossy finish
Zowie FK1, best sensor but it's trash on UT and double clicking the mouse has latency
Zowie EC2 Evo, my favorite mouse until it started to double click
Zowie EC2-A, current and favorite. new sensor, same squishy buttons from the EC2 Evo

This. Can't go wrong with the G502. I have a really high sensitivity and it's great for that too.
