So I've a curious question. I heard using VPN will get you banned.

But how can you know if a person use a VPN or not?
What if the person change the IP? How will you know it's the same dude?

Dude come on...your pc sending not only ip, also mac adress, hwid etc etc...thats it...everyone who have at least amateur knowledge about pc should know that...
