some guy has started to play and he want to be like his friends that are good players with years of experience, he used a bot, apparently that's a fact so admins, I think in this case you should see the mac ID or something to make the ban, due to multiple players at the same network... I know when a guy has a PC and his brother cheated in his brother's pc without concent 'both should be banned' but in this case is something different, you don't think?
