    IP Range ban is necessary sometimes as the only means of banning someone who is persistent on finding a way around the ban, if others get caught up in the ban then they can post here on forum, these players then get put on the excluded list and have access again.

    thnx fluke , I ever though that the bans by location were to make noone person from this place join the server.


    i my old times of bans, I just changed my nexgen id and the nick and this cleaned the ban, after they made to read mac adress but there were softwares that could change it so still easy to bypass.

    i though that with ace everythings changed, read cpu id and other things (never get banned with ace so dont know how works), but seems not that much, I watch players that have high ping not as others from same country, high suspect.
