I was in the previous game too (Hydro 16), and in the (icepost) the teams already were balanced before he joined.
Every time they join the same team someone will come crying here.

I always switch to spectate before leaving or joining a match. Mostly because I just want to survey the match, the currently players, and compute a deviance for the chances for a good match. NOT!!!
