    I thought there is 1 for Mac version. However I didn't keep any link for it or something what was... but I do remember a far few peoples using UT99 on a Mac.

    yes, you can run it natively with loki games, you need the original CDs (CD 1 for UT99 or CD 1 and 2 for UT99 goty edition) or the .iso files and install some old libs (for newer distros) in order to get it work.

    the fact seems to be that the newer the hardware and linux version, the more problems you have eg no sound or delayed sound are frequent troubles due to the old audio driver that UT runs (oss), also I had a keyboard problem and the worst part is there was no UnrealEd >:{

    when I installed it natively in my linux partition, I was crashing in uk siege server due to incompatible sample rate (SoundsSexy - 48000 Hz) and instead of asking @SAM to change it to 44100Hz or something (as ~V~ did some time ago here: http://www.unrealkillers.com/f68/ant...ux-crash-3926/) I tried to find a way to reproduce those frequences in my machine and as result I broke entirely the sound in my OS

    Some time ago I rebuilt the Loki installer with fixes for 64bit ARCH (you need multilib or a 32bit distro anyway), fixed the problem where maps weren't decompressed and added a linux cache convertor script:

    http://www.unrealize.co.uk/files/ut-...staller.tar.gz

    You will need to edit the installer script with the path to your CD/ISO and where you want it installed.

    Let me know if you need help with it.

    I got my version of UT from Steam. I had to pay $10 USD but that is okay. I can erase UT from my hard drive and download again anytime I want. Plus it works pretty good I suppose. ")
