    I got a cactus I also found a sudoku rubiks cube in a charity shop for 50pence.

    That biggish subwoofer is the most useless pile of crap I have ever seen, the "energy efficient design" constantly turns it self on off if there is no bass for 0.00001seconds, which I guess is why pc world was selling them so cheap. I tried using them playing UT last year and it was horrible, luckily the satellite speakers are pretty good.


    Those headphoes cost £12 at argos, the sound quality is brilliant, my last pair of sonys sound like something you get from the pound shop compared to them and they cost £20.

    (It's very dusty atm, still need to get carpets)

    I was psyched, my buddy came walking in the door the other day with a full size pelican joystick for xbox. Can finally play street fighter for real, lol. He walked out the door of the local game place with the thing, for 25 fuggin bucks, too. (Now I have to find another, since Vs is completely unfair without two...)

    I've been saving £5 notes for over a year now, I have 62-63 of them.

    I want to upgrade my graphics card, I was thinking of a gtx 970, so I can also buy a decent PSU for it.

    Is the GTX 970 worth it coming from a gtx 750 ti? I've been looking around and have seen the gtx 970 get triple digit fps where the 750 would get less than 50fps.

    Is there any ~600 watt PSU anyone can recommend?

    I think it's worth it , also been checking this graphic card, as for power supply I'd recommend :

    That's perfect, it's only £39.95 on overclockers.co.uk, atm I just have a cheap one that came with this pc build, I don't want to risk anything if I buy a decent graphics card, just for the PSU to break stuff.

    I though it would be a lot more for a decent one.

    I've had OCZ StealthXStream II 500W running 16h per day for the last 6 years and I still can't even hear it

    P.S. I hope you have at least some i5 cpu for this new graphic card

    edit: I have i5 760 the earliest version and geforce gtx550ti and my cpu is laughing at what this card requires to run even overclocked, temps on all 4 cores barely go 5 degrees C, maybe 25-30% cpu usage, but gtx 970 is another story though I think it would be sufficient

    wait until the RX 480 specs are out. Practically the same performance as the 980 and it's only $199
