I have updated the ini site.
Change log:
Changed the header, and navigation menus.
Changed the headers for each Ini group.
Changed the footer.
Changed the background of the inis group.
Added favicon. (Don't know why I haven't done it before ...)
Removed Rp forums from UT Communities.
Removed globalunreal from UT Communities.
Added OwnedWell to UT Communities.
Changed the forum link to my new forum.
Changed the styling of the whole download page.

I used the SJA94 for UT Insta(I love it, has made my gameplay much more enjoyable) , and now when i join servers, my name always goes to "yourname".

Set your ut username to your name. & Another thing, set your files to write/edit, edit as you want, save as admin or whatever strict permission you set up, then yeah...
Woody having the same problem, always joining as player#.
