Rey's explanation is a bit buried in the body of the post:

The UrS Grapple server will go offline in a few days/weeks as a result of a lack of players.

For about the last 6 weeks or so traffic has dropped off a lot. This could be partly due to exams, holidays and so on. It's always been wildly popular in the past though, so it's a real shame.

I just had a quick skim through the servers in the browser, I saw at least 17 servers using fake players.

It's so annoying seeing myself listed on a server I havent played for weeks.
