On my CTF-Face days I used to do non-walk bouncing by hitting the spacebar key, worked around 1 every 3 tries.
Probably because I used to run the game at 1920*1080 at 50hz, and such a low tickrate allows you to do that.
I did get warned for that legit shit tho.

I also saw the demo and there's nothing wrong with his game, were only rarely you hear that pushes a teammate, is aware it did not seem a server problem

I used bouncing with mouse scroll more then one year before discover that use with shift pressed is more easy
