Adrian did it plenty of times so I thought ti was allowed until fleece or whoever started spamming it isnt. After that I didnt do it anymore, else it wouldnt have gone 4-5 hours long.
No reason to lie bout that.

tele through walls only (if it works on both sides) otherwise it isnt. NO other buildings are allowed to be made through walls to gain an advantage (get into enemy core for example)
