Um.. you really didn't have to 'install' the whole ace thing. yo.
i think I have an idea. delete every ace files you have. join any server with ACEv08h and use this download just incase if you need to grab a few files. Don't install the hole thing. http://www.ut-files.com/index.php?di...h_UT_TO_FV.rar
When u see what it need to download, install the file that only shown. More likely, they will be: NPLoader_v16b, NPLoaderLLU_v16b, NPLoaderLLD_v16b, NPLoaderLLS_v16b..... I think cuz I'm tired to go through readme and stuff for now lol.

have you tried downloading the ut copy from this site? might be worth a try
an ss of the crash message might also help
