PUG channel doesn't work for me for some reason

It's been like this since I had went on there earlier, while I was talking to Blaze and some other people. I noticed that I wasn't receiving messages (nor was it allowing me to send them) so I exit the tab and try to get back on and run into this bastard.

Is this some kind of common issue or did the website explode from my great presence?

Local issue your probably blocking IRC port.

It has nothing to do with Windows although you might want to drop your firewall for a minute to see if that allows it. Otherwise it is probably a router issue. You might want to use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

To see if it allows you to go on.
