It's not just a hassle for me. It's hassle for wrong players being banned, people's nicknames being abused etc etc. So actually a big inconvenience for everyone.

Normal names is possible like slut etc to censor. However, this is special character (not a normally available on standard keyboard) so the approach to detecting it would be much more difficult than normal names. Until that is ready, the only way to prevent this type of abuse and inconvenience is to ban people.
