Ok i know why now, i was playing with my daughter (11 years old) wich uses nick Princess. The ban message is: PRINCESS BANNED FOR SWITCHING TO WINNING TEAM EVERYGAME!!! Since we are playing in the same network i cant join also!!! Can u fix this plz?

It may seem harsh but we have no way of verifying your story. You just need to examine to your daughter that teamswitching is not allowed.
