    Depends on which version, badger did l2g, WildCard did XXL (can't remember the name of the version lol), Siege Ultimate was SK's then Higor took over, but it goes waaaaay back, perhaps the guys that played factory know about the beginning of it

    Actually it was invented by defrost. Then badger did some work on it, which was then picked up by Wildcard, SK, SW and then higor.

    Factory was badger era.

    Defrost always had his fingers in projects back in the day, so many mods started or the base improved by him. I remember playing the first siege versions and really didn't like it. Now look at it, the most thriving mod left on UT99.
