War_Machine just came off of a 50 Match ban and appears to be a "problem" player 2nd offense. (he's on my watch list now)

He wasn't HW banned only 50 matches left AFTER Fleece's 50 Match's expired. it expired today..but he is obviously a problem and has only 1 chance at bat left.. he has 2 strikes as far as I know.

I don't recall a HW ban being requested for him, but one may be in the VERY near future.

Actually, he wasn't causing trouble... just building ...say... CUTESY or like a girl... and not really "aware" of the objective. He might be capable of "re-programming" if it's not TOO LATE.

So what about when he advertised over and over and it happens so many times before? That's not causing problem?
