    We've had too many internal updates and none gameplay-related.
    With proper INI (as sent via PM) changes will be:

    You learn something every day... "GetMaxTickRate" command may not do much for the player, but it does wonders for mods running on the server. (See SiegeMutator.uc)

    Planning to add a beta build on the pug server (no constructor changes yet), after this weekend's pug.

    Added the 'high aim' RU per kill adjustment with a couple of edits:
    - Firing a nuke substracts 5 lamer points so that continuously nuking won't raise your bounty.
    - Camper kills add 1 extra lamer point.
    * Requirements:
    ** Weapon: Sniper Rifle
    ** Move at 30% or less that max ground velocity.
    ** Killer must be at least 20z units above victim. (not in the linked commit yet, to be added later)
    ** No line-of-sight between victim and killer's [shoot point - 1/4 killers hitbox] (aka, killer is partially hidden/covered)

    EDIT:
    Also fixed a minor bug on sgBaseCore's RU generator, maxed out players would also consume stored RU (while adding to it as well) so other players wouldn't benefit as much.

    I dont agree with this, ppl camping behind walls can wait the enemies pass for back shot them
    A exemple is if a guy stay behind the enemy tower in face, sniping who is going to mid

    in this case, z position of camper is lower than victims

    the same can happen in clarion ultimate and many others maps

    Nagging again for the dampener. Still doesn't properly mute minigun, ripper, and possibly other sounds (understood that it doesn't and shouldn't mute speed). Not sure if it covers footfalls.

    Also needs a timer and upgrades like invis; feels like an early-generation Siege item.
